Using feedback from event directors, the new check-in tool from athleteReg has a focus on giving event directors the tools to keep event check-in contact-free.
athleteReg is excited to announce the launch of the newly created check-in tool as it aids event directors with both managing participants as well as merchandise on event day using QR codes to seamlessly scan in participants. In addition, the check-in tool has multi-device capability with real-time database updates which allows several event staff to use the check in tool simultaneously.
Events can use the QR code reader, or they can search for a participant by name. Once they click on a participant within the tool, they will be able to see customized participant data points such as address, email, phone number, custom questions that pertain to the event check-in, team name, USA Cycling license status, and more.
Event directors can quickly and easily set up multiple devices in volunteer mode so more than one event staffer can check in participants.
With the database updating in realtime, the tool can also be used for merchandise fulfillment without any fear of accidentally giving out duplicate orders.
