We’re excited to announce that a new and improved BikeReg will be launching in the next few weeks.

For the last several months, we’ve been working on an updated site for all of you. It’s now nearing the finish line, and soon, we’ll be ready to go live.

What to Expect

We’ve created a modern, streamlined version of the BikeReg you know and love. Our goal with this redesign was to provide a better experience for our customers, and that’s exactly what you should expect. We’re simply modernizing the look and feel and creating a more succinct and enjoyable user experience — but the functionality won’t change.

The focus of this update was on the registration experience. For now, aside from some changes to the basic look of the pages, the event director side will remain the same.

Our Process

We started this process by going straight to the source — asking our event directors and participants about their needs, and inquiring about how BikeReg could work more efficiently for them. The overwhelming feedback was that our site functions well, but lacks the modern design that provides an intuitive and streamlined experience.

To ensure the new site would deliver for our customers, we’ve been working with an award-winning designer and user-experience expert on the rebuild, taking all of the feedback we received to create a website that we know you’ll love. We’re now engaged in vigorous user testing to ensure that everything is perfect the minute we go live.

Our ultimate goal is to provide a seamless transition from the old to the new, and as always, our customer service staff is on hand to answer questions. To keep you in the loop and up to date on the relaunch timeline and process, make sure you’re following us on social — we’ll be posting teasers, updates, and contests as we get closer to the release.

Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns — we’re always available to help out.
