With our newest partnership with Allianz Global Assistance, your participants can get their entry refunded at no cost to event directors.
When people register for your event on BikeReg, RunReg, TriReg, or SkiReg, they can now choose to add Registration Protector, which is administered by Allianz Global Assistance. The Registration Protector gives your participants an opportunity to get reimbursed up to 100% if they can’t attend the event for a number of reasons, which are specified in the terms and conditions of the service.
*Note: Registration Protector is only available on entries of $50.00 or more.
There is no cost to event directors and no obligations or liabilities if they make a claim, it’s handled entirely by AGA and you can direct any questions about the protector to us by emailing Tech@athleteReg.com or calling us at (888) 956-9560.
As with all of our additional features, if you prefer not to offer this option to participants, let us know and we can disable it for your event.
