Over the past twenty years, athleteReg has worked hard to be a partner and resource for event directors in North America. As the event industry, and the entire world, face the pandemic of COVID-19, we want to assure you that we are still your partner even in these trying times.
As I write this, the entire athleteReg office is working remotely and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. While remote work brings its own challenges, we are working as quickly as possible to address your needs and help your participants. We have seen a noticeable increase in support, including requests for refunds. Event directors and athletes alike are in uncharted territory.
We know you’ve invested a tremendous amount of effort and resources in your events; we share in that passion, and now, the disappointment and hard choices. We’ve been doing everything we can to make this as easy as we can for everyone involved. We’re in this with you.

We’ve also outlined payment and refund policies aimed at making this process easier and faster.
The feedback we’ve received indicates that offering flexible options, and most importantly, open communication around your decisions are of utmost importance when communicating with your participants. We’re all in this together and we’re all looking forward to bringing our events, athletes, and communities back together as soon as we know it’s the right time.
