For the past eight years, BikeReg has proudly sponsored the BikeReg | Share Coffee women’s amateur cycling team, a group focused on shredding corners and having fun on and off the road. In that time, the team has logged 835 race starts in 340 events across 15 states, and supported 26 female athletes — primarily in road, gravel, and cyclocross, with the occasional MTB race thrown in. In 2025, the team expanded its footprint with the addition of a Colorado cyclocross contingent.

As someone relatively new to the cycling world, I got my first real taste of this community at the Boulder Cup in Boulder, CO, which also happened to be my first cyclocross race ever. Slightly embarrassing confession to a crowd of bike enthusiasts: before joining the team at athleteReg, I didn’t actually know what cyclocross was. What I quickly learned as a spectator is that cyclocross is chaotic, strategic, wildly entertaining, and incredibly impressive. The carefully designed obstacle courses, the speed, the running, the dismounts, the crowds. It’s a lot to take in, in the best possible way.
That weekend, I also had the chance to meet some of the athletes behind BikeReg | Share Coffee. Not only are they talented and competitive, they’re genuinely lovely humans. Passionate, welcoming, and deeply enthusiastic about bikes, racing, and supporting one another. Which, honestly, perfectly summed up my first cyclocross experience and my broader experience with the cycling community.
To dig a little deeper into what made the 2025 season special, I asked the riders to share their most memorable moments. Their answers say it all.
Favorite Moments From the 2025 Season

Annie Laurie Hines
“I loved racing in Frisco with my Colorado teammates this year. It was my first time shredding with the Colorado ladies, and Frisco had a super fun course with a mix of techy single track, pedaling, and even a run up. Super fun day! I had such a fun time racing with BRSC this year, thank you for your support!!”

Christin Reuter
“A favorite memory for me was probably the muddy race at Wild West CX in Golden, Colorado. The snow and mud made for epic good fun. Boulder Cup and visiting the team back East were also highlights. Love seeing the team, and nothing beats the courses and competition of NECX!”

Annabelle & Alix Norris
“Our most fun race memory this year was probably racing wheel to wheel in the Midnight Ride of CX single speed race. Annabelle ended up nipping me on the line to win the field for the day!”

Kat Rusch
“My favorite moment of the season was getting my best UCI result at Northampton this year with a 6th place finish. One of my favorite photos from the season also came from the Northampton UCI weekend.”

Charlotte Lellman
“This is from the Pavement Ends gravel race in New Hampshire. I wasn’t even sure I’d make it to the start line given how bad the roads were. When the highway isn’t plowed, you can bet the gravel roads aren’t plowed either. But I made it. Rode (and ran) through tough conditions to win the women’s category.”
She also shared a second highlight from the Green Mountain Stage Race:
“Caroline, Caitrin, and me on top of App Gap in the Green Mountains after Stage 3. It was a really good and hard race for me. Caroline was also there the whole weekend to support us.”

Hannah Varner
“The photo I’m including is from the return of the Battenkill Road Race. While not the most ‘pro’ looking photo, it captures so many emotions and memories of what the BikeReg | Share Coffee team means to me. Battenkill was brutally hard, but the joy of being surrounded by my teammates overshadowed everything else. Without their enthusiasm, I probably wouldn’t have signed up, would have DNF’d, and definitely would have been miserable. Instead I got ice cream, seven-plus great friends, and the privilege of racing with what is, in my humble opinion, the best women’s cycling team around.”

“Big Day Brewing 24 Hours of Great Glen! Great Glen was my favorite race and memory of the year. I raced the solo 12 hr race and it was 12 hours of snacks, smiles and lots of miles.”
More Than Results
What stands out most about the BikeReg | Share Coffee team isn’t just the results, though those are impressive. It’s the way these athletes show up for one another. The encouragement. The shared suffering. The laughter at the finish line. The willingness to sign up for something hard, together.
At athleteReg, we talk a lot about community, connection, and showing up for the people who make endurance sports what they are. This team embodies that in every sense. We’re proud to support a group that lives the values we believe in and helps grow women’s cycling through participation, inclusivity, and a whole lot of fun.
We can’t wait to see what you all bring in 2026!
