Your Event, Amplified on Outside’s Social Channels

Want more eyes on your event?

Outside’s mission is getting more people outside, and nothing shows that better than real photos of people out there doing it. We want to highlight your event on our social channels, seen by millions of athletes and followers across the Outside Network.

As an athleteReg client, each month you have a chance to be featured in our Instagram round-up, a carousel post across Outside’s brand accounts, including Velo, Outside Run, Trail Runner, Trailforks, Triathlete, BikeReg, and athleteReg. Each round-up post has limited spots, so selection depends on your event’s timing and how many slots we have available.

What we’re looking for

Photos (and/or video) that capture your participants getting outside and having a great time, the energy of race day, the scenery, the community. Vertical or landscape both work. Unbranded and logo-free is best so the content fits naturally into our feed.

How it works

  • Submit at least 3 photos using this form, more are welcome.
  • Include your registration link and any key details, like deadlines or price increase dates, so we can point people toward signing up.
  • Each round-up post has limited spots, so selection depends on your event’s timing and how many slots we have available.
  • We’ll tag your account when the post goes live.

Photo guidelines

  • High-resolution, unbranded, no logos preferred
  • Vertical or landscape, both work
  • Video welcome
  • Make sure you have usage rights and no conflicts on the images you share
  • Let us know who to credit for the photo(s)

New to athleteReg?

Registration with reach doesn’t stop at your own channels. When your event is registered through athleteReg, it’s automatically eligible for features like this one, no extra work on your end. The distribution does the work.

A trail runner at heart, Kelly loves the communities built through endurance sports and believes the best adventures are the ones shared with others. Her running shoes are still her go-to, but the BikeReg team is making a strong case for adding a bike to the mix.
