We’ve been heads down on something big, and we’re finally ready to start talking about it. This year, we’re taking on one of the biggest product updates in athleteReg’s history: a redesign of the registration page experience.
We’re not ready to pull back the curtain all the way just yet, but we wanted you, our event directors, to be the very first to hear about it.
It started with your participants.
Last year, we surveyed over 1,200 event participants and asked them to be honest about their registration experience. Some of the feedback was great to hear. Some of it… wasn’t. But all of it was exactly what we needed. They told us the process involved too much scrolling, too many clicks, and not enough of the information they needed to feel confident hitting that register button. And if your participants are struggling to register, that matters to you too.
25 years in, and we’re raising the bar.
athleteReg has been in this business for over 25 years. We’re proud of what we’ve built, and we know you are too. That’s why we didn’t take this lightly. A project like this takes time, intention, and a whole lot of design reviews. What we’re building is designed with a focus on simplicity, intuitive navigation, and a look and feel that reflects the quality of the events you put on.
